We're looking for a Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules at our London Bridge site working a 4 on 4 off days 7am-7pm shift pattern.Role Responsibilities:Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.Carry out minor mechanical/Plumbing repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.What we're looking for:Experience in facilities management or building services.Trade background or served experience in a similar role.Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and confined spaces.Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.What we offer you:Access to a virtual GP for you and your household.Financial wellbeing support via Salary Finance, including early pay access and competitive loans.Flexible lifestyle benefits through our Choices platform, including extra holidays, insurance, dental care, and tech products.Ref:102666 Location:London Employment:Full time Role Classification:3
