We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise disruption
- Respond to urgent issues and troubleshoot on-site problems
- Maintain and test critical systems including generators, UPS units, and emergency lighting
- Keep accurate records of all work completed
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in building services or facilities maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in engineering or maintenance
