From offices and shopping centres to hospitals and airports, we create better places for the communities we serve to thrive.We're looking for a Gas Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.Role Responsibilities:Carry out planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance on gas appliances and associated systemsSupport plumbing and basic electrical maintenance tasksDiagnose faults and complete repairs within contractual timescalesComplete all documentation and certification accurately and on timeMonitor subcontractors and issue permits for small works as requiredRegular PPM tasks as requiredRequired Qualifications:Qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalentCommercial gas qualifications: COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1Knowledge of health and safety and safe working practicesBasic electrical knowledge and plumbing experienceWhat's in it for you?Access to a virtual GP for you and your householdFinancial wellbeing support via Salary Finance – early pay access and competitive loansFlexible benefits via Choices – extra holidays, dental cover, tech discounts and moreRef:102905 Location:Manchester Employment:Full time Role Classification:2
