b Overview /b p In this role you will maintain and improve mechanical and HVAC systems at the Thales Crawley site as part of a small engineering team. You will handle planned and reactive tasks to meet SLAs and KPIs, supporting customer satisfaction and reliable facility operations. You’ll work with subcontractors, use a PDA for task reporting, and interrogate a building management system to diagnose faults. This position also involves on-call rotation and close cross-functional collaboration to ensure service quality and safety. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Deliver mechanical and HVAC PPM and reactive tasks in line with SLA and KPIs /li li Collaborate with other site engineers to maintain operations /li li Proactively identify and complete reactive tasks per Mitie process /li li Use PDA to report tasks and progress /li li Escort subcontractors and ensure works meet scope requirements /li li Build relationships with stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction /li li Participate in on-call rota (1 week in 5) /li li Interrogate building management system to diagnose faults /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience in facilities management /li li Experience with HVAC systems and mechanical works /li li Ability to work independently and as part of a team /li li Water management (L8) experience /li li Recognised Mechanical Engineering qualification /li li Strong customer care focus /li /ul ul li proactive problem solving /li li team collaboration /li li customer focus /li li HVAC systems /li li Building management system (BMS) operations /li li PDA usage /li /ul
