Overview
In this role you will deliver professional arboriculture services across urban and woodland settings, supporting the Grounds Maintenance and Winter Services teams. You will conduct surveys, prepare reports, and help manage tree works and associated risk assessments. With clear progression paths, you will contribute to high-quality tree care solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role that combines surveying expertise with opportunities to grow into managerial responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct tree condition surveys and produce related reports
- Assist with costing estimates for tree works
- Support risk assessments and generate production-related reports
- Undertake decay detection and veteran tree management tasks
- Support home buyers tree reports and woodland management activities
Key requirements
- Experience in arboriculture, surveying or reporting
- Full UK driving license
- LANTRA – Personal Tree Inspector
- Motivated, organized and professional attitude
- Experience with tree management software and GIS is desirable
