Supporting a major financial services partnership, this role offers the opportunity to influence both operational performance and long-term transformation across a complex and high-profile estate.

As a key member of the account leadership team and deputy to the Account Director, you'll help shape strategy, strengthen senior stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement at scale.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing operational excellence with strategic thinking and is motivated by creating meaningful, lasting impact for both clients and colleagues.

The Opportunity This is a broad leadership role, combining operational accountability with responsibility for shaping the future direction of the account.

Working closely with client stakeholders and Mitie leadership teams, you'll help ensure exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to improve performance, introduce innovation and support the account's long-term objectives.

Key areas of focus will include: Leading operational performance across a large and complex integrated facilities management contract.

Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic partner to the client.

Driving transformation programmes, innovation initiatives and continuous improvement activity.

Supporting the development of future operating models and account growth opportunities.

About You We're interested in hearing from people who have experience leading large-scale FM, workplace or integrated service environments and who are comfortable operating in complex corporate settings.

You'll bring a collaborative leadership style, strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate strategic objectives into tangible outcomes.

Equally important is the ability to build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders and create alignment across teams.
