We're looking for a Senior Administrator who will provide dedicated administrative support to the team, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of a wide range of administrative activities while maintaining exceptional service standards.Role Responsibilities:Provide efficient clerical and administrative support across the business.Process Maximo calls and work orders and maintain associated records.Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.Support the on-site project team with administrative activities and documentation.Manage purchase orders, invoicing, travel arrangements, visitor coordination and IT equipment records.
