Reference: 105228Job Overview: As a Project Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the project team, ensuring that all relevant documentation is properly issued, returned, checked, and updated in the relevant SharePoint folders for handover at the end of the project. You will play a key role in assisting the Lead Project Manager and site engineers to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management: Issue, track, and update project-related documentation, including site surveys, designs and electrical drawings.
Reporting: Contribute to monthly reports, maintaining accurate records of project activities.
Job Recording: Accurately record all aspects of preconstruction activities and their statuses for tracking purposes, including comms room access, late lock requests and asbestos reports.
Procurement Support: Check POs have been raised and issued, liaising with the PM and Commercial where required.
Filing and Collation: General filing, collation of project-related documentation and uploading to relevant SharePoint folders.
Project Tracking: Maintain and update the project coordinator tracker to ensure project milestones are followed up and met.
Diary Management: Support PM with diary management, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and site visits.
Person Specification: Organised & Motivated: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a high level of motivation. Team-Oriented: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments. IT & Communication Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software; clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous. Polite & Professional: Maintain a polite and professional telephone manner at all times.
