You will work closely with Operations Managers and frontline teams to ensure service delivery, maintain compliance, and provide leadership during periods of absence, mobilisation, or increased operational demand.The role requires flexibility, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues while maintaining high standards of operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day management of multiple sites across the region.Provide management cover during annual leave, sickness, vacancies, and emergency situations.Conduct regular site visits, audits, and welfare checks.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Assist with recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training of new colleagues.Ensure all officers comply with company policies, assignment instructions, and legal requirements.Support investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management processes.Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement.Assist with rota planning, resource allocation, and emergency deployment of staff.Carry out quality assurance audits and ensure contractual compliance.Support mobilisation of new contracts and implementation of operational changes.Produce reports and maintain accurate operational records.Respond to customer complaints and implement corrective actions.Promote a positive safety culture and ensure Health & Safety compliance.Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience dealing with employee relations matters.Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.Ability to analyse data and produce management reports.Full UK Driving Licence.Flexible approach to working hours and travel.Personal QualitiesProfessional and approachable.Customer-focused.Excellent problem-solving skills.Highly organised.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Resilient under pressure.Strong attention to detail.Commercially aware.Adaptable and willing to travel.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Company vehicle or car allowance.Company mobile phone and laptop.Pension scheme.Holiday entitlement.Employee discounts.Ongoing training and career development.Opportunities for progression within the business.Ref:101493 Location:London Employment:Full time Closing Date:1 September 2026
