Overview

In this role you will support the Transport for London contract by maintaining full compliance and improving assurance standards while coordinating engineering service delivery across a complex portfolio. You will oversee governance, document review, and supplier liaison to ensure works are completed and evidenced. You will also manage CAFM systems and asset data to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Maintain overall compliance for the TfL contract aligned with contract, statutory, and client requirements; support governance across Mitie activities.
  • Coordinate works delivery including scheduling, access, supplier liaison, documentation management, and close-out with full evidence.
  • Review SSOW, RAMS, and health & safety documentation for contract and engineering standards compliance.
  • Support small works and minor projects by managing quotations, raising POs, issuing instructions and tracking completion.
  • Maintain CAFM systems (Maximo, Concept Evolution) and asset data; analyze compliance and performance trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Key requirements

  • Experience in Building Services or Facilities Management in a complex environment.
  • Engineering background.
  • Operations support experience and knowledge.
  • Strong administrative, organizational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and datasets.
  • Working knowledge of CAFM systems, Microsoft Excel and engineering compliance processes.
  • Confident communication with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
