We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer who will deliver electrical and mechanical maintenance across a large London estate, working as part of a 24/7 shift team to ensure critical buildings remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Role

Responsibilities: Undertake planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance across a wide range of building services.

Work as part of a balanced shift team (electrical and mechanical) providing 24‑hour cover for the London estate.

Identify plant defects, warning indicators and system faults, taking appropriate corrective actions.

Maintain and support building services systems including power distribution, motor controls, lighting, standby generators, controls systems, inverters and fire alarm/PA systems.

Required

Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

City & Guilds craft certificate / ONC or equivalent.

Recognised craft apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)..

Ability to obtain and pass full intrusive security checks (mandatory).

C&G Level 3 in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering (desirable).
