Reference: 98331Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC (Refrigeration) bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.
Role
Responsibilities: Undertake inspection, maintenance, fault finding, and repair across domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical building services installations.
Carry out maintenance and remedial works on plumbing systems, pumps, AHU, heating &ventilation, expansion vessels, hot water systems, drainage, sanitaryware, HVAC plant, and associated services.
You should be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works and keeping the client informed of site activities.
Support the wider engineering team in maintaining safe, compliant, and operational environments, diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently.
Accurately complete all work documentation and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and site teams while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
Required
Qualifications: The ideal candidate would be qualified at a City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building services, including plumbing systems, HVAC, pumps, and water hygiene controls.
