Reference: Job PurposeWe are looking for a reliable and physically fit Window Cleaner to join our team at Liverpool ONE. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the open-air retail and leisure estate. The role involves carrying out both routine ground-level cleaning and specialist high-level work across external facades, walkways, glazed canopies, and architectural structures.Key Responsibilities1 Glazing & Surface Cleaning: Clean internal and external glass surfaces, including retail facades, skylights, atrium glass, lift casings, and balustrades across various estate zones2Canopy & Structure Maintenance: Wash down high-level canopies, link bridges, and public realm glass fixtures using reach-and-wash systems, ladders, or elevated work platforms (MEWPs)3 Escalators & Entrances: Carry out regular cleaning of escalator surrounds, revolving doors, and elevator lobbies.4Health & Safety Compliance: Strictly follow safety procedures for working at height, inspect equipment before use, and report any site hazards or glass damage promptly.Essential1. Previous experience in commercial window cleaning or high-level access cleaning (preferred).2. Comfortable working at height and outdoors in varying weather conditions.3.Experience or certifications operating access equipment (MEWP/IPAFF, ladder, or cradle systems preferred).4. Physically fit and capable of handling equipment and manual tasks.5.Knowledge of Health & Safety standards for working at height.6. Full UK driving licence (preferred).Skills1. High attention to detail for streak-free, professional finishes.2. Strong work ethic and reliability.3.Ability to work independently or as part of a dual-operator team.4.
