We're looking for a Data Centre Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for operations at our site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and resilient running of all critical engineering systems.Role Responsibilities:Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of workmanship.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.Ensure all critical systems (HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, BMS, etc.) are maintained to the highest standards.Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.Ensure all engineering activities are accurately logged and documented.Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, Health & Safety, and all company policies.Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.Required Qualifications:Recognised engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent).Proven experience supervising engineering teams within critical environments (data centres, hospitals, etc.).Strong knowledge of building services systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC).Experience using CMMS systems and BMS platforms.IOSH/NEBOSH certification (desirableWhat's in it for you?Competitive salary and performance‑based bonus.Pension scheme.Training and development opportunities.25 days' annual leave plus
