We're looking for a Mechanical HVAC Engineer who will work collaboratively as part of the estates team to provide a full operation, maintenance, engineering and building service that meets statutory and contractual obligations. Role Responsibilities:• Carry out day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance to HVAC systems across the estate.• Perform diagnostic checks, fault finding and repairs using multiskilled knowledge and experience.• Ensure assets are maintained in accordance with contractual requirements, HTMs, HBMs and manufacturer's instructions.• Accurately complete all work-related documentation and update CAFM systems in a timely manner.• Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards. Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:• Served a recognised trade training scheme to NVQ Level 2 minimum (or equivalent) in plumbing or mechanical engineering.• Experience in a maintenance environment (hospital or healthcare experience advantageous).• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
