Overview
In this role you will oversee maintenance across the LRFC A contract, ensuring planned and reactive works meet safety and quality standards. You will work with supply chain partners and site teams to deploy qualified operatives and uphold service performance. You’ll conduct regular inspections, support audits, and maintain records using MAXIMO, while representing Mitie at meetings. Responsibilities
- Oversee PPM programmes and reactive maintenance activities across the contract
- Manage supply chain partners, ensuring qualified operatives, safe and efficient work to standards
- Conduct regular building inspections and resolve issues promptly
- Build relationships with LRFCA stakeholders and represent Mitie at meetings
- Support contract compliance with accurate records, audits, and MAXIMO use; cover Contract Manager when required
Key requirements
- Supervisory experience in Facilities Management or similar environment
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) with knowledge of compliance processes; Legionella and Asbestos management advantageous
- NVQ in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, or 17th/18th Edition certification desirable
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the contract region
