b Overview /b p In this role you maintain high cleanliness standards across an outdoor retail and leisure estate. You will perform ground-level and high-level cleaning on facades, canopies, walkways, and architectural structures, contributing to a safe and inviting environment. You work closely with property teams to ensure clear sightlines and smooth operation of facilities. This position offers hands-on work at height with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality finishes. You will help uphold our commitment to a pristine, customer-friendly estate. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Glazing surface cleaning of internal and external glass on facades, skylights, atria, lift casings, and balustrades /li li Wash down high-level canopies, link bridges, and public realm glass fixtures using reach-and-wash systems, ladders, or MEWPs /li li Clean escalator surrounds, revolving doors, and elevator lobbies /li li Adhere to safety procedures for working at height, inspect equipment, and report hazards or damage promptly /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Previous experience in commercial window cleaning or high-level access cleaning (preferred) /li li Comfortable working at height and outdoors in varying weather /li li Experience or certifications operating access equipment (MEWP/IPAFF, ladder, or cradle systems preferred) /li li Physically fit and able to handle equipment and manual tasks /li li Knowledge of Health Safety standards for working at height /li li Full UK driving licence (preferred) /li /ul ul li High attention to detail /li li Strong work ethic /li li Reliability /li li Reach-and-wash systems /li li Ladders /li li Elevated work platforms (MEWP) /li /ul
