We are looking for an experienced Building Fabric Engineer to work closely with the Management team onsite who will be delivering the building fabric services. Role Responsibilities:Delivering basic plumbing, ceiling repairs, carpet fitting, fitting door closers, roof and gutter cleaning, emergency light testing, painting and basic carpentry skills.Customer care/relationship building skills are essential in order to communicate with both internal and external clients. Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).You will be required to supervise trainees and technicians where advised and will be communicating with departmental management to ensure resource requirements are clearly understood.Required Qualifications:Experience in facilities management or building services.The ideal candidate should be qualified in a Building Services discipline.Plumbing experience.What's in it for you?
