Overview
In this role you ensure statutory and contractual compliance within a healthcare facilities environment, performing planned and reactive maintenance to keep systems safe and compliant. You work to HTM/HBM/O&M guidelines, maintaining accurate CAFM records and promoting QHSE through LiveSafe. You collaborate with the client SPV to meet commercial and service delivery goals. This position offers impact by keeping critical infrastructure reliable, safe, and compliant in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure statutory, mandatory and routine compliance is always evidenced
- Maintain contractual compliance with the PFI terms and client SPV objectives
- Carry out PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks to high standards
- Maintain assets per HTM/HBM/O&M and Manufacturer's Instructions; keep CAFM records up to date
- Promote QHSE and apply LiveSafe procedures in daily work
Key requirements
- NVQ level 2 refrigeration / Air conditioning and Knowledge of Air handling units
- HTM Qualifications / understanding preferable
- Structured training programme in refrigeration and air conditioning and ventilation (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Experience in acute health care premises advantageous (but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills

- NVQ Level 2 refrigeration / Air conditioning
- Knowledge of Air handling units
- HTM qualifications (preferable)
- Experience with refrigeration and ventilation commissioning/troubleshooting
