Mobile Fabric Engineer in Camberley, Surrey

We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general / fabric maintenance and support tasks across our clients sites.Role Responsibilities:Minor building fabric repairs. including relamping of defective luminaries, minor decorating and minor plumbing repairs, furniture building.Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, flushing of little used outlets / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.).Participation in standby rota for emergency calls, outside normal working hours. (currently 1 in 3)Monthly utilities meter readings.Should have minor electrical experience.First line response to reactive repairs.Required Qualifications:Full, current driving licenseQualified to Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in Fabric.Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, in a corporate or similar environment.Qualified in Electrical working - Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds - preferred but not essential.What's in it for you?
