Overview
As Head of Operations for a major Integrated Facilities Management contract, you will steer operational performance across a multi-service portfolio and report to the Account Director. You will shape the contract’s strategic direction while ensuring excellent service delivery, strong commercial performance and outstanding client outcomes. You will lead operational leaders, foster collaboration and continuous improvement, and partner with senior client stakeholders to align services with evolving needs and sustainability goals. Responsibilities
- Set and execute strategic direction for a complex, multi-site facilities portfolio
- Oversee operational performance, governance, risk, health and safety, compliance and business continuity
- Lead transformation and change initiatives using technology and data to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Drive service excellence, commercial outcomes and account development

Key requirements
- Significant leadership experience within Integrated Facilities Management, Property Services or similar complex operations
- Proven track record managing large, multi-site operations and leading teams through growth and transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery
- Ability to influence senior clients and internal teams to drive value and outcomes
