b Overview /b p In this role you will oversee the seamless transition of billing processes across entities, protecting revenue and boosting operational efficiency. You will lead end-to-end billing operations during migration, support cash flow, and partner with operations, sales, customer service and finance to resolve issues. As part of a broader transformation journey, you will identify root causes of recurring invoicing problems and implement improvements. You will also ensure UAT and timely reporting during migration and stabilisation to mitigate revenue leakage.
