The role involves repairs to building fabric, minor plastering, decorating, flooring repairs, and managing site consumables, while coordinating with sub-contractors, internal customers, and engineers at all levels. Flexibility to work out of hours and weekends is required, and PDA/iPad reporting will be part of the role.
