- Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs. Basic plastering for making good damaged walls. Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
- Experience of PDA technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential.
- Fire Door inspections and repairs.
- Skilled operative qualified to a C&G or NVQ in a fabric trade, such as carpentry, joinery or plumbing.
