We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative who will deliver varying fabric repairs and small project tasks covering a range of building trades.
Role Responsibilities:
- General repairs and maintenance to the building fabric, including carpentry, tiling, wall and floor repairs; painting and decorating; flooring repairs to include hard flooring and carpet tiles.
- Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs; basic plastering for making good damaged walls; maintaining inspection logs, remedial reports and communicating updates to clients.
- Experience of PDA technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential.
- Fire Door inspections and repairs.
Required Qualifications:
- Skilled operative qualified to a C&G or NVQ in a fabric trade, such as carpentry, joinery or plumbing.
- IT knowledge.
