We’re looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.
Contract: Permanent, Type: Part Time, Hours: 20 (Evening 5-9pm, Mon to Fri), Pay/Salary: £13.66 per hour, Location: HMRC, Teville Gate House, Teville Gate, Worthing, West Sussex, England, BN11 1UD.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
- Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures.
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
- Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and to a schedule.
