We're looking for an organised Business Support Co-Ordinator who will support the technical co-ordinator and technical supervisor to ensure engineering job allocations are appropriate.
- Role Responsibilities
- Raising, Goods Receipting & accurate allocation of orders in SAP / Coupa.
- Take calls from customers in relation to reactive jobs and general enquiries.
- Ensure the delivery of the services within the Mitie team, ensuring customer requirements are met and their needs anticipated at all times.
- To assist and support the Mitie service lines by performing a range of day-to-day administration duties.
- Responsible for all reactive work order requests received to the helpdesk to ensure they are completed and closed within the contractual KPI's and SLA's.
- Customer communication - keeping the customer informed of progress on their request.
- Ensure all month end reporting is delivered in an accurate and timely manner to the above site Finance Management team.
- To provide the day to day services required to support the Post Room functions at GSK Worthing.
Experience of working in a Administrative / Office environment
- Previous Finance experience - Experience in SAP / Coupa highly desirable
- Organised and process driven with excellent attention to detail
- Experienced in Microsoft Office packages
- Good written, verbal communication and negotiation skills to support them in their role
- A team player with the ability to lead by example through operation excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact at all levels
