The Role
We are looking for a Workplace Supervisor who delivers the warmth, professionalism and attention to detail typically found in five-star hospitality. Based in a prestigious corporate workplace, you will be responsible for creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring every visitor and colleague experiences a seamless, welcoming environment. This is more than Front of House - it is a hospitality-led role where service, presentation and attention to detail matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5 Concierges to deliver warm, professional welcomes to all visitors and colleagues
- Manage visitor check-ins and ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces to required layouts
- Maintain high presentation standards across reception and meeting areas
- Proactively support the wider workplace and facilities teams
