Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour.
Shifts: 12-hour rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, consisting of 2 days & 2 nights, then 4 days off.

About the Role
As a Site Protection Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading security operations within a Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) environment.
This is a position of responsibility and leadership, where you will oversee the delivery of security services, manage incidents, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism are maintained at all times.
You will act as the key operational lead on shift, supporting and directing officers, making decisions in real time, and ensuring that site security remains effective, resilient, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day security operations across all site functions
- Lead and direct incident response, ensuring effective control, escalation, and resolution
- Maintain real-time situational awareness and proactively identify risks or vulnerabilities
- Oversee access control processes, ensuring compliance with site security procedures
- Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and control room activities
- Manage and support Site Protection Officers, ensuring performance, conduct, and professionalism
- Ensure all incidents, activities, and system faults are accurately recorded and reported
- Deliver structured briefings, handovers, and operational updates

What We're Looking For
We are seeking experienced and capable security professionals with strong leadership skills.
Essential Requirements
- SIA Front Line Door Supervisor & CCTV Operator License.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within security.
- First Aid at Work qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Full UK Manual Driving License.
- British citizen with a UK Passport or hold dual Nationality.
- Lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years.
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
- Experience managing incidents and leading teams.
- Highly Desirable
- Experience within government or critical infrastructure environments.
- SC Clearance - must be obtained as a condition of your employment.
- Experience using systems such as CCTV, access control platforms and incident reporting tools.
Skills & Capability
- Fluent in verbal and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of security operations, CCTV, access control, and incident response.
- Ability to manage conflict and make decisions under pressure.
- Competent in report writing and incident documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements.
- Excellent IT skills and a good understanding of all MS Office applications.
