We're looking for a Plumber who will deliver planned, proactive maintenance across a range of client sites while providing multi‑skilled support across electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.
Role Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and proactive plumbing tasks across commercial client sites.
- Deliver a multi‑skilled service supporting electrical, mechanical, and building fabric maintenance.
- Complete modifications, repairs, and new installations when required.
- Repair, maintain, and calibrate plumbing systems and associated mechanical/electrical instrumentation.
- Ensure all work meets high standards of Health & Safety, statutory compliance, RAMS documentation, and permit requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to appropriate standards, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation using IT systems.
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working within commercial properties and installation environments.
- Strong understanding of building statutory compliance requirements.
- Full UK driving licence.
- IT literate with good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexibly and acquire additional skills across trades.
