Role: Multi Skilled Engineer – Plumbing Engineer Bias
Hours: 40hrs/week
Location: Cumbria, CA28 7UW

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Plumbing Engineer to work with a range of clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing, heating, and drainage installations, including installation, modification, fault finding, and repairs.
Role Responsibilities
- You will carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing and water installations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Include maintaining and repairing hot and cold water systems, pipework, TMVs, calorifiers, pumps, sanitary ware and drainage, and small installation works
- The role also involves supporting wider building services activities across mechanical, electrical, HVAC and basic fabric tasks.
- Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Experience working in facilities management, commercial or building services environments
- Strong plumbing fault‑finding and repair skills
- Good understanding of water hygiene, health & safety and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑skilled team
- Full UK driving licence
