We are looking for a dependable and skilled Breakfast Cook to join our catering team. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast meals, ensuring excellent presentation, taste, and timely service. You will also need to cover the lunch cooking when the Chef Manager is away.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes in line with menu specifications
  • Ensure food is ready for service on time and to high standards
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices
  • Set up and organise kitchen stations for breakfast service
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering/stock rotation
  • Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well-organised
  • Work collaboratively with the wider catering team

Requirements

  • Previous cooking experience, ideally in a breakfast or fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred)
  • Ability to work early mornings and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in food quality
  • Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
