We're looking for a weekend School Caretaker who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to caretaking roles for the contract.

Role Responsibilities:
- Undertake all required training and follow Mitie's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
- Maintain the up keep of the external grounds
- Ensure proper maintenance and safety of school premises and grounds.
- Respond to helpdesk jobs, unlock/lock buildings, and carry out porterage and room setups.
- Perform PPM tasks including fire alarm tests, emergency light checks, and support out-of-hours building use.
- Liaising and escorting contractors on site
- Adhere to Mitie H&S policy at all times including Mitie's Safe systems of work
Previous caretaking experience (preferred but not essential).
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open, honest, self-driven, and determined.
- Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality, with willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
