We're looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer who will complete a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, minor plumbing and electro-mechanical tasks to meet our clients' compliance requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for applicants with previous water hygiene experience as well as individuals from similar technical or compliance fields who are keen to develop new specialist skills. Role Responsibilities

  • Complete routine monitoring tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8, travelling to client sites to maintain compliance.
  • Collect water samples across multiple sectors and complete associated documentation as required.
  • Carry out water system cleans and disinfections following ACoP L8 and internal procedures.
  • Test, service and maintain thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) and complete basic plumbing tasks.
  • (Desirable) Work on heating and chilled water systems and chlorine dioxide systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is essential.
  • We welcome applicants with limited or no direct experience if they bring relevant skills from similar environments.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
