Responsibilities
- Completing a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial plumbing tasks and project work.
- Carrying out water heater installation, cold water storage tank remedials.
- Replacement of POU, water heater, CWST (small & sectional).
- Carrying out remedial work, Keraflo valves installation and replacement, installation of dosing pot and filter pot.
- Cooling tower dosing controllers and associated plant, Legionella risk assessment remedial works.
- Maintaining customer water logbooks and completing all required documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policy.
- Conducting water system cleans and disinfections in accordance with ACOP L8 and company procedures.
- Testing, servicing and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs), alongside completing basic plumbing works as required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within compliance servicing, Legionella monitoring or water treatment (or relevant transferable experience).
- Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable.
- Minimum Level 2 NVQ or equivalent qualification in plumbing.
