We're looking for a Workflow Lead who will manage the scheduling, allocation and coordination of maintenance activities across multiple sites on the National Grid account, ensuring efficient service delivery and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Role Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate all planned (PPM), reactive and additional works across sites, ensuring effective allocation based on priority and resources.
  • Manage jobs end-to-end from creation to completion, ensuring accurate system records and compliance with SLA targets.
  • Monitor job progress, proactively resolving delays, risks and scheduling conflicts to maintain service delivery.
  • Act as the key coordination point between FM teams, engineers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment on priorities and performance.
  • Build and manage subcontractor relationships, tracking performance, coordinating attendance and ensuring timely delivery of works.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a scheduling, coordination or service delivery role within FM, engineering or a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven ability to resolve issues, manage stakeholders and deliver outcomes under pressure.
  • Good IT skills, with experience using scheduling or work management systems.
  • Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
