Responsibilities:

  • Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including painting, decorating, ceiling, tiling, carpentry and patch works.
  • Operation of door handles/door closers, condition of signs and cleaning of air vents.
  • Working at height, stepladders / ladders/ MEWP.
  • Escalate any issues with supervisor if support is needed to progress works and complete required paperwork / filing.
  • Highly organised - willingness to work within a team structure - flexible approach to assisting where required.
  • HSE conscious and ability to work to RAMS, ability to be permit acceptor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities management or building services.
  • Served experience in a similar role.
  • Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
