Are you an experienced Security Officer looking to take the next step in your career?
We are looking for a proactive and professional Mobile Security Supervisor to support security operations across multiple sites within the region.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for conducting site visits, supporting security officers, carrying out audits, responding to incidents, and ensuring our sites remain safe, compliant, and well-managed.
You will act as a role model for our officers, promoting high standards of professionalism, customer service, and security excellence.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Mobile Security Operations
- Conduct regular mobile patrols across assigned sites.
- Visit sites to ensure standards are maintained.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations.
- Investigate incidents and gather relevant information.
- Maintain a highly visible security presence.
- Identify and address security risks.
- Monitor suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
- Support sites during critical incidents.
- Travel to support other locations when required.
- Team Support & Leadership
- Support, coach, and guide security officers.
- Deliver site inductions and training.
- Ensure officers understand Assignment Instructions.
- Monitor officer performance and compliance.
- Conduct knowledge checks and competency assessments.
- Share best practices and operational updates.
- Promote a positive team culture.
- Encourage professional development within the team.
- Compliance & Auditing
- Complete site compliance audits.
- Ensure Assignment Instructions are being followed.
- Check officers are correctly completing patrols.
- Ensure required check calls are completed.
- Support investigations and disciplinary processes when required.
- Review site documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with SIA requirements.
- Maintain company and client standards.
- Reporting & Administration
- Complete daily activity reports.
- Produce detailed incident reports.
- Submit electronic forms and documentation.
- Complete vehicle inspections.
- Report vehicle defects promptly.
- Update systems accurately and on time.
- Maintain clear and professional records.
