- You\'ll help keep our stores safe and secure. From preventing loss and responding to incidents, to identifying risks and supporting safe ways of working, you\'ll play a key role in protecting the M&S environment.
- Being digitally confident is essential. You\'ll use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
- You\'ll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you\'ll always act professionally and confidently.
- Being a team player is crucial. You\'ll work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment for everyone.
- Flexibility is vital. Retail moves fast and every day is different. You\'ll adapt quickly to changing situations to support the store when needed. Previous security experience is preferred
- A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, confident and professional approach
- A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly
- A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe All candidates must be able to provide a 5-year checkable work history within the UK.
