Responsibilities:
- As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a variety of building systems, including gas boilers, heating plants, and ventilation equipment.
- You will ensure all work complies with safety and legislative standards, complete accurate documentation, and use handheld technology for task management.
- The role also involves supporting emergency callouts and identifying additional work opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Relevant Gas Qualifications: Must hold valid certifications including COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, and CODNCO1.
- Technical Experience: Proven experience in maintenance, fault finding, and repair of gas boilers, heating systems, pumps, and ventilation equipment.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential for travel between client sites.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ability to complete statutory tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure all work meets legal and safety standards.
- Flexibility & Teamwork: Participate in an on-call rota, support colleagues.
