Mitie Care & Custody Training team are an integral part of Learning and Development, proudly supporting the Mitie Care & Custody Senior Leadership Team in their objective to ensure new and existing colleagues are appropriately trained to fulfil their role and develop to their full potential. The immigration and Justice team in Heathrow are looking for a Regional Training Manager to oversee all training activities and processes within their given training team.

Main duties
- Support the organisation in meeting its operational and contractual requirements and work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure alignment with the wider business strategy.
- Lead, motivate and engage the Training teams within the given area of responsibility to help shape training delivery plans, in line with BAU and ramp up business requirements.
- Manage the training team and work with other Regional Training managers to design and implement the annual training delivery schedule to ensure the needs of the business are being met.
- Broad experience in all aspects of Training including operational training delivery, training needs analysis, and strategic planning.
- Working knowledge of Training processes and procedures within a custodial environment.
