We're looking for an Engineering Lead /Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee planned and reactive maintenance across three client sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on supervisory role, combining technical expertise with leadership and compliance responsibility.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and deliver electrical maintenance and repair works across multiple client sites.
  • Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is completed in line with schedules and contractual requirements.
  • Lead, manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with Mitie and site Health & Safety policies.
  • Supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS and site rules.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and actively participate in training, appraisals, and development activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent electrical qualification.
  • Ability to obtain SC Clearance.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in Team Leading or Supervising in Facilities/Engineering.
  • Strong experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work or relevant compliance understanding.
  • IT literacy, with the ability to accurately record work and documentation.
  • Willingness to join a call-out rota and hold a full UK driving licence.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, ECS/ECC and IOSH Managing Safely (desirable).
