Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Switchboard & Helpdesk Operator to join our team on a flexible bank contract basis.

This role is ideal for someone looking to cover night shifts with the freedom of a zero-hours arrangement.

You should deliver high levels of service, remain professional, and follow Mitie's policies, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls via the switchboard during night-time hours.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Log and escalate helpdesk issues where necessary.
  • Ensure accurate communication and liaise with relevant departments.
  • Maintain a calm and professional approach when dealing with callers.
