ROLE: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with Establishment Managers and operational teams across Scotland & Northern Ireland to achieve and exceed contractual KPIs, and collaborate with supply chain partners and key stakeholders to support performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve maintenance delivery and contract compliance, and provide expert guidance and reporting support to ensure operational, estate, and asset compliance requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners, including Operations Management, Helpdesk and Technical Teams, Asset Management, Finance and Commercial Teams, HR, IT and SHEQ Functions, and Supply Chain Partners.
- Support the continuous improvement of business processes, reporting frameworks, and performance management practices, and maintain and enhance estate and asset data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with contract requirements.
- Support and lead, where appropriate, the development and enhancement of CAFM reporting solutions, producing meaningful performance insights using data visualisation and reporting tools to support operational decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within a fast-paced, data-driven operational environment, with a strong understanding of CAFM systems, FM reporting tools, and performance management.
- Experience within Facilities Management, Total Facilities Management (TFM), PFI contracts, or similar operational environments.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong experience using Excel to analyse large datasets and create meaningful insights.
- Ability to develop innovative reporting solutions that support operational performance and business objectives, with experience producing dashboards, KPI reports, and performance analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities, highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, proactive, collaborative, and driven by continuous improvement, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and business actions.
