You will ensure all work orders are completed, compliant with KPI requirements, and that CAFM records (Maximo) are accurately uploaded and accessible. You will liaise with clients, site teams, engineers, subcontractors and helpdesk to schedule works, resolve queries and support day-to-day contract delivery, maintaining compliance.
