Coordinate and monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Statutory, Mandatory and Routine maintenance activities, ensuring all work orders are completed, closed and compliant with KPI requirements.

  • Maintain and update CAFM systems (Maximo), ensuring all maintenance records, compliance documentation, remedial actions and work orders are accurately uploaded and easily accessible.
  • Liaise with clients, site teams, engineers, subcontractors and helpdesk functions to schedule works, resolve queries and ensure smooth day-to-day contract delivery.
  • Manage compliance administration across the estate, including site access requests, permits, contractor documentation, Heresafe requirements, PTS records and random drug testing programmes.
  • Produce operational reports and performance data, track work-in-progress (WIP), support weekly contract statistics and provide administrative cover for contract support and regional coordinator functions when required.
