We are looking for a Site Co Ordinator to join our amazing team, supporting both administrative and cleaning operations within a fast paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager ensuring smooth day to day operations across the site. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting reporting and administration processes, and delivering excellent service to our client, while also supporting the cleaning team when required.
Role Responsibilities
- Support and assist in managing all administration processes related to the contract.
- Work closely with and take direction from the Site Manager and Regional Account Manager as required.
- Attend weekly or monthly meetings and conference calls.
- Update internal and external databases and administration systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- File documentation both manually and electronically in line with business policies and procedures.
- Manage reports and supporting contract documentation and assist with the preparation for client meetings.
- Support with cleaning responsibilities within the warehouse environment, including general cleaning and tidying of all areas.
- Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
- Respond promptly to client call outs and manage waste disposal in line with site procedures.
- Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and Mitie policies, with full training provided.
What we are looking for
- Administration experience essential.
- A knowledge of facilities management sectors is desirable.
- Relevant experience of Microsoft packages - must have good working knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to details.
- Must have a flexible approach to working.
- Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload; excellent time keeping skills and strong planning and organisational ability.
- Relationship building skills - a self starter willing to take the initiative when necessary.
- Ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements.
- Discretion in dealing with confidential information.
- Customer Care - capable of delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Well presented, professional appearance and attitude with a positive and professional approach.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
You will be required to complete the Basic Disclosure (DBS Check) and undertake a drug and alcohol screening test.
