Location: Stourbridge

As the Service Co-ordinator within our Service Department, you will be responsible for co-ordinating service delivery growth aligned to our Service & Maintenance operations. You will require excellent analytical skills, organisation and the ability to communicate effectively with the wider team, suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Booking PPM visits and updating daily planner
  • Placing orders to suppliers and specialist contractors
  • Responding to company emails
  • Responding to daily customer phone calls
  • Actioning emergency call outs
  • Updating weekly call out rota
  • General department administration
  • Any day-to-day duties involved in the running of the service department

Essential Skills

  • Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
  • Can demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and efficiency
  • Proven IT skills with experience of MS office packages
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with the natural ability to engage with customers/clients representing Argus Fire professionally and positively
