The role requires you to work as part of a Team of Hosts responsible for maintaining the internal areas to high standards. Close cooperation with others is essential, as is the capacity to work responsibly as an individual to complete given tasks. Your daily and weekly tasks ensure the department meets its scheduled requirements and client expectations. As the visible face of Bluewater, you are expected to provide guests with the best level of service, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Main Duties

  • Ensure Bluewater is safe, secure, clean and tidy at all times.
  • Be the professional representative of Bluewater at all times.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction across all areas of service.
  • Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in assessing the success of development projects and help improve strategy for future schemes.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, fire regulations, and safe working practices.
  • Comply with our Quality and Environmental Policy and Procedures.
