Role: Multi Skilled Technician (Plumbing Bias)
Hours: Full Time (40 Hours per Week)

Role Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and minor installation works across plumbing and building services assets.
- Diagnose faults, undertake repairs, and identify additional works required to ensure assets remain safe and operational.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection reports, remedial works, and asset records.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures, Permit to Work systems, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, reporting defects, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout service visits.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below-defined requirements for the role:
- C&G/NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing, Mechanical Services, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering maintenance and engineering services within a Facilities Management, Building Services, or Maintenance environment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
- Good IT skills with experience completing electronic job sheets and maintenance records.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamworking skills with a focus on customer service.
